Another year in the books

So 2008 went out with a bang (and then a little fizzle). We had a great Christmas with friends and family. We spent Christmas Eve with my immediate and extended family. Christmas day was spent with the Ross clan. The subsequent days were filled with plenty of good food and Wii playing (Lauren's present to me). Lauren soaked in the time with her niece Millie (and the rest of her family of course). Here is a link to some of our pictures.
After Christmas we worked for a few days and then enjoyed a few more days of freedom. Unfortunately for myself and Lauren, those days were free but not healthy. I came down with a pretty nasty cold and was out of commission New Years Eve and New Years Day.
Yesterday I was back to 100% and last night we went to our friends', Jessica and Daniel, wedding. It was at the 9th Street Abbey in Soulard. We had a really good time and are very happy for the two of them.
