We started off Christmas morning at home. Peyton was up early but we managed to keep her away from the tree until Charlie woke up around 7. Peyton sort of "got it" this year but she was more excited to see if Santa ate the cookies we left out than if he left a lot of presents :) Ultimately she was very happy that he brought her the toy zebra and sled that she asked for. Charlie was just happy to eat the half a cookie Santa left on the plate!
Later we headed to my parents. Christmas gets a little more chaotic but a lot more fun every year with all the grandkids!
