Unwelcomed Awakening

Waking up at 4:30 am is never on my list of favorite things to do, but waking up at 4:30 to an earthquake is even less enjoyable. At first it sounded like the wind was rattling the windows, but Lauren and I quickly realized that the wind couldn't possibly be making our closet doors, our bed and everything else in the room shake as well. It was a relief when the vibrations stopped and sleep could begin again.
Apparently the earthquake hit 5.2 on the Richter Scale...craziness
