8 months

At 8 months Peyton:

• Is waving!  It's so cute to see her wave when Jason and I leave for work or someone comes over.
• Is thisclose to crawling.  She is getting on her hands and knees and rocking more and more.  Won't be long now!
• Has two teeth!  Her bottom two teeth are both through the gum although not all the way in yet.
• Has pulled herself up a couple of times.  I really think she will walk early.
• Says "dada", "mama" and "hiiii" :)
• Loves the water!  She really enjoyed going to the pool and loves bathtime every night.
• Is no longer the youngest grandchild in my family since the arrival of her cousin Teddy :)
• Is eating really well.  We've started giving her some finger foods and she's perfecting her pincer grasp.  She likes puffs, toast and Ritz crackers!  She still eats a great variety of pureed veggies and fruits along with yogurt and cereal.
• Laughs and giggles all day long.  It's so cute! 
• Scrunches up her nose and breathes in and out of her nose making a sniffing sound.  She loves doing this while she has food in her mouth ;)
• Is showing some separation anxiety.  There are times when I can't leave the room without her getting upset.
• Loves to swing!
• Is in such a fun stage right now!
