Jason took last Friday off and we packed our 3 days with lots of fun activities.
Friday morning we went to the park and then had lunch at Mom's Deli followed by Ted Drewes. After a nap for everyone we spent the evening with our friends Emily and Joe and their two adorable daughters Abby and Madelyn.
Saturday Jason's parents came over for a visit and then Peyton helped me make chocolate chip cookies while Jason grilled.
We capped of the weekend with a visit to the zoo on Sunday. It was a beautiful day which meant many people had the same idea we did and the zoo was packed! But we really enjoyed it and Peyton was able to see lots of animals!
It was a perfect weekend with my little family!

so fun! We live right by Ted Drewes & Mom's Deli and I still haven't tried Mom's (Ted Drewes is another story...we're probably there TOO much ;))
