Charlie had a fun week celebrating his birthday. It started with his very first sleepover at Lainie and Grandpa's. He was going to just spend the afternoon but he asked if he could "sleep the whole night" there so we gave it a try. He got a little scared during a thunderstorm so Lainie slept with him but he had a great time! He got to go out to dinner, open presents, have a cupcake and of course Lainie made him pancakes in the morning. I missed my boy and was happy to see him the next morning and hear all about it. I can't believe he's old enough for sleepovers. He's getting too big on me!
On his birthday we went out for birthday donuts, opened presents and had a pool party and cookie cake with cousins. It was a fun day!

We went to see Finding Dory with Aunt Erin and then ended the week with a dinosaur pizza party!

Of course Charlie demolished the dinosaur by the end of the party and we ended up with various dino body parts on the ceiling!
A fun week of celebrating our big guy!
